Once we are back in the salon, we will start accepting phone calls (will update you all soon) Everyone MUST message us on Instagram/Facebook to make an appointment for the first two weeks. We have to limit our employees and customer presence to no more than 50% of the maximum occupancy, so we will only have 5 definite employees at the Orchard Park location We wanted to let you all know what to expect when you come in! Unfortunately, we still do not have a definite reopen date so we have to push back making appointments for a couple more days.

This is an extremely hard time for everyone, so please be considerate and practice kindness. We are doing everything we can to keep you all safe and are very grateful to see all of our returning customers. We want to keep everyone safe and stop the spread as much as we can. We will not risk the safety of our customers and employees because you can not wear a mask for the duration of your services. If you have any serious underlying medical conditions and respiratory conditions such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, chronic bronchitis, and just generally have a hard time breathing with a mask on, we ask that you do not come in. We want to keep our salon very sanitary and safe for all of our customers and employees. We are now accepting walk-ins, so come on in but please make sure you wear a mask. If you have any questions on our services, prices, safety concerns and accommodations, please give us a call: Please do not use as reference, we are contacting Wix to fix these problems. Our website DOES NOT have accurate information because we tried to update it before we got the NYS guidelines during Phase 3. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and if anything changes we will let you know. We will continue to charge an additional $5 onto every service. As of right now, we are currently unable to go back to our regular prices. Supply costs of disinfectant sprays, cleaners, plastic liners, gloves, masks, and other supplies we use on a day-to-day basis are still very high. We just wanted to update you on a few things.
